These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and raja100 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, services, and all content provided by raja100.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at raja100. Owning more than one account — whether under the same or a different name — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of all wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure without prior notice.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all members making their first withdrawal. You will need to upload a valid identity document such as a MyKad or passport. All information provided is kept secure and used solely for identity verification purposes.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Raja100 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining their account security.

Raja100 supports multiple deposit methods including FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Daily deposit limits may vary depending on the selected method and your account level. raja100 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via local Malaysia payment methods.

• Only deposits from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts may be rejected and returned.
• Raja100 reserves the right to decline or delay deposits that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Credits are typically reflected in your wallet within under one minute for instant deposit methods.

Withdrawals from your raja100 account are subject to completed KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC will be unable to process withdrawals until verification is finalized.

Minimum withdrawal is RM30 for local bank transfers and digital wallets. Processing time is between 1 to 4 hours for standard withdrawals, depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted.

• The account holder name of the recipient must match the name on the raja100 account.
• Only one active withdrawal request is allowed at a time.
• Raja100 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for the purpose of investigating suspicious activity.
• Successful withdrawals will be sent to the designated account within the stated timeframe.
• Any delays beyond raja100's control (such as banking system outages) are not subject to platform liability.

Raja100 offers a wide range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and periodic promotions. Each bonus carries its own rollover requirements, time limits, and specific rules, all of which are stated at the time the offer is made.

Users who claim a bonus agree that they have read and understood the applicable rollover requirements. Wins earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements are fully met.

• Each member is eligible to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity or abuse will be forfeited.
• Raja100 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Deposits made using an e-wallet shared with another user may not be eligible for bonuses.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits is a serious violation and may result in a permanent ban.

All games available on the raja100 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent regulatory body. This ensures that every game outcome is random and free from any manipulation.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. raja100 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player not understanding how a game works.

• Game results recorded by the raja100 system are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical failure has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, raja100 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• Players are not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any electronic means to gain an unfair advantage.

Raja100 users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names or identities.

Users may close their raja100 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Raja100 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the platform's absolute discretion.

• Accounts closed due to violations are not eligible for reinstatement or balance transfers.
• Users who have closed their own account may apply to re-register after an evaluation period.

• Raja100 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's internet connection failure.
• Any losses resulting from a user sharing their login credentials with a third party are solely the user's responsibility.
• Raja100's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited into the account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Raja100 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all members' personal data. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
